The design house of Lad Bible Architects has been granted a three-year license to create a new home in the Old Town area of Los Angeles.

The design house is located in the heart of the Old City, and has been in the works for the past few years.

The firm is located at 2201 South Central Avenue.

According to a statement from the L.A. Department of Housing and Community Development, the project will include two new residential units, one that will have four bedrooms and two baths, and a three bedroom and two bathroom studio.

The first building will be complete by September.

The development will be financed by a $5.5 million grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
